If you will need financing for your new home, no time is too soon to start working with a lender. Lenders come in
two flavors: Loan Officer and Mortgage Broker. A Loan Officer works for a bank or saving and loan
and offers the loan packages of the parent company. A Mortgage Broker can place your loan with a number of private or
public lenders.
There are advantages to each type of lender, and you may want to contact more than one before deciding on your course
